Process
Initial Conversation
The initial conversation marks the beginning of your custom home building process, where you can discuss your vision, goals, and requirements with our team. This dialogue establishes the foundation for collaboration, laying out key preferences, budget constraints, and project timelines.
Feasibility Review
Following the initial conversation, a feasibility review is conducted to assess the practicality of the project. Factors such as site conditions, zoning regulations, environmental considerations, and budgetary constraints are evaluated to determine the viability of the proposed design and construction plan.
Quick Building Estimate
A quick building estimate provides you with an approximate cost projection based on the initial design concept and specifications discussed during the feasibility review. This estimate helps refine budget expectations and informs decision-making during the design development phase.
Preliminary Agreement
Once the feasibility review and quick building estimate are completed, a preliminary agreement is drafted outlining the scope of work, project timeline, and payment terms. This agreement serves as a formal understanding between yourself as the homeowner and our building team, setting the stage for further collaboration. Providing an accurate quote requires a lot of time, revisions and engagement with multiple professionals such as- Building Designers
- Engineers
- Geotechnical reports
- Building Certifiers
- Suppliers and Subcontractors
Contract & Deposit
With the preliminary agreement in place, a formal contract is drafted detailing the project scope, specifications, responsibilities, and legal terms. Upon mutual agreement, a deposit is paid to secure the services of the building team and initiate the construction process.
Construction
Once the building contract is signed, the construction phase of your new home commences, representing a critical stage where the vision outlined in the design begins to materialize into reality. This phase is marked by meticulous planning, precise execution, and ongoing communication.
Handover
Upon completion of construction and final inspections, your new home is handed over. A walk through of the property is conducted to ensure satisfaction with the finished product, and any remaining issues or deficiencies are addressed. The handover process concludes with taking possession of your new custom-built home, marking the culmination of the building journey.
